The CLEANMIST filter is a high efficiency centrifugal unit, thanks to its technologically innovating venturi system, that enables increasing the efficiency and reaching a high filtering capacity of the oily mists resulting from industrial processes.
Application fields: mechanical industry, confectionery, petrochemistry industry, plastics industry, sundry industrial processes.
The filter consists of a a shell in two halves, so arranged for easier maintenance, of an impeller in drilled sheet plate, "Venturi" type, that
increases the speed of the mists to be purified through a special, pyramid shaped panel that increases the coalescence process. An
electric motor drives an impeller, equipped with suction blads duly sized. These cause a centrifugal effect, and push the mists turned into
drops by the coalescence process through the discharge pipe. The suction inlet houses a net with diffuser, which acts as a distributor of
the sucked mists and as a barrier to the solid materials dragged during suction. A silencer and/or a fiberglass cartridge and/or an
electrostatic final stage can be installed at the purified air upper outlet.
The electrofilter EF operates accordin to the ionizing pronciple. The contaminated air crosses an electric field, where particles up to 0,03
micron are charged. So the ionized air flow crosses a field of plates electrically charged opposite in sign. Therefore, the polluting particles
are attracted by the plates and adhere to them, while the outgoing air is purified up to 99% of its impurity content.
